Training to Endure! From the Front Range and Into the Hills Cycling Colorado

The short time I’ve had in Fort Collins has allowed me to see a side of cycling that I could have only dreamed to have seen! “From the Front Range to The Hills” uncovers the magic of the Northern Colorado cycling culture as we explore the open country roads of the range, experience the hospitality of city roads and gaze at the spectacular mountains and dynamic rock outcrops!

This fantastic ride allows us the adventure of 60 miles through hills, valleys, lakes while working in the anaerobic zone with high cadences. We’ll prepare our legs for the climbs while cruising along the Front Range washboard and then watch the mountains approach. Once in the hills, this ride will tax your heart, lungs and legs with short, sprint-like ascents. Then, kick back on the trainer and watch the road fly by while we descend… to the next climb!

I have acquired a good collection of Cycling Videos Online and love all of them. I love to ride bikes outside; unfortunately, I don’t have a good place to ride with confidence that I won’t be ran over. These videos are second best. I feel like I am actually riding with the group and Paul and I are having a very winded conversation. I have tried to watch TV while riding but it just doesn’t entertain me like these videos. I generally only have up to an hour to ride on any given day, I pause the DVD and pick up where I left off my next ride. Even with a fan blowing directly on me, I am dripping sweat at the end of my workout. These videos are a great alternative to riding outside. I highly recommend these videos. Charlotte
