takes you on an epic journey through the stunning landscapes surrounding Castle Rock, Colorado, as you virtually experience the famous Elephant Rock Cycling Festival. This four-part workout traverses the breathtaking Colorado Front Range, from scenic rolling hills to dramatic climbs with sweeping views of Pikes Peak, the Black Forest, and the majestic Rockies.
Part 1 – The Warm-Up (1 hour 18 min) This segment combines challenging interval climbs with brief recovery periods, helping build anaerobic stamina and setting a solid foundation for the miles ahead.
Part 2 – The Black Forest (1 hour 34 minutes) You’ll work on building stamina while enjoying one of Colorado’s most beautiful, tree-lined stretches, perfect for riders who love sustained aerobic efforts punctuated by demanding climbs.
Part 3 – The Roller Coaster (2 hours 4 minutes) The third segment is a true test of your strength and mental grit. Known as the most challenging portion of the ride, it begins with a westward climb into the Black Forest, leading to breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains.
