Description
Your Workout Today – it’s not the usual…
Anaerobic Through the Forest and over “The Hump” is a 1.5 hour workout filmed on Vancouver Island B.C. This tough, fast, high intensity ride starts in Port Alberni, climbs 1,400 feet and speeds to Qualicum leaving you in a sweaty and exhausted heap!
A virtual ride 26 miles through the Vancouver Island rain forest!
Shrouded by forests so thick, all directional awareness is gone. Take 5 steps off the road and you’re lost inside a canvas of trees and green.
This ride explores the heart of the Island as we make our way up “the Hump,” through MacMillan Park and to the coast of the island.
This workout focuses on anaerobic thresholds at high steady state efforts. Difficulty 8/10.
