Get ready to CRUSH your limits! These workouts will blast you out of your comfort zone, pushing you into zones 3 & 4 where muscles scream and strength explodes. We’re talking intense exercises with short rest periods, designed to skyrocket your lactic acid and torch calories. This ain’t for the faint of heart, but the results will be AMAZING!
Cycling the Southwest Sunbelt – New Mexico – (2 hours 5 minutes) – A fast paced, high intensity 50 mile pack ride from Durango Colorado to Farmington New Mexico.
Hillervalls – The Minnesota Rollers Part 1 – (1 hour 20 minutes) – The gentle breeze and green rolling grasslands wont slow this ride down. Jump on and push yourself to stay with the group as we roll along country roads and beautifull farmlands.
Hillervalls – The Minnesota Rollers Part 2 – (1 hour 26 minutes) – You might think this ride is over, a chance to relax, but no. The toughest part is yet to come. The Hillervals are real!
Rain or Shine The Minnesota Rollers – A Hillervals Series – (1 hour 15minutes) – The hills are real and the competition doesn’t end at the top. Clip in and geat ready to battle (and enjoy the views!) The route follows the St Croix River area.
“The Hump” – Vancouver Island Canada – (1 hour 32 minutes) – Our ride starts on an overcast day in Port Alberni. The weather calls for rain. Can we make it over the hump (a 1000′ climb) and to Qualicum before we get soaked? We’re gonna try!
Islands of British Columbia – Vancouver Island Canada – (1 hour 52 minutes) – This is an unforgettable adventure and ride that begins on Salt Springs Island (after a short ferry ride) and continues through Vancouver Islant to the capitol city, Victoria.
Palmer to Matanuska Glacier – Alaska – (2 hours 10 minutes) A surreal journey through the untamed wilderness of Alaska as we ride along the Matanuska River, climb 1200 feet, and race against chasing moose and bears.
Tour of Evergreen Colorado – (1 hour 15 minutes) – A 20-Mile Cycling Adventure. Embark on a breathtaking journey through the heart of Evergreen, Colorado! This 20-mile loop is designed to challenge your endurance and leave you breathless.

The Alaskan Sunset Ride – (1 hour 30 minutes) – A late night ride in Anchorage in July, when the sunset begins at 9PM, the ride heads out and tackles the steep Rabbit Creek Road.
Rising Above Expectation Part 1 – Santa Barbara California – (1 hour 45 minutes) – After a nice gentle ride along the seaside trails, brace yourself because you are going to climb the dreaded Santa Ynez Mountains!
Rising Above Expectation Part 2 – Santa Barbara California – (45 minutes) – Only a little more to the tops of the Santa Ynez to go before you peak out from above the clouds only to find yourself descending towards the finish.

Rabbit Ears Pass Part 1 – Colorado – (1 hour 50 minutes) – Your adventure begins with a demanding yet rewarding climb. This 18-mile route from Steamboat Springs ascends 3,500 feet to the summit of Rabbit Ears, reaching a height of 10,500 feet. The effort will be worth it – brace yourself for stunning panoramic views and a rewarding workout!
Wolford Canyon Part 2 – Colorado (45 minutes) – Hold on tight! After conquering Rabbit Ears Pass, stage 2 explodes into an exhilarating 18-mile descent. This “wickedly beautiful” route plunges you down from the 10,000-foot summit into the heart of Wolford Canyon.
Gore Pass Part 3 – Colorado (1 hour 28 minutes) – The route winds through breathtaking scenery, showcasing glistening lakes, majestic buttes, and quintessential western charm with wooden fences and barns lining the way. Brace yourself for the coup de grâce – a challenging 3,000-foot ascent to the summit of the magnificent Gore Range.
Gore Range Part 4 – Colorado (54 minutes) – The relentless climb is behind you, and the reward is pure majesty. As you ride across the Gore Range, breathtaking views unfold: emerald meadows contrasting with evergreen forests, all bathed in the azure canvas of a clear sky.
