Day 6 elevates your Rocky Mountain experience with an exhilarating journey from Frisco to the first approach towards Breckenridge along the spectacular Tenmile Recreation Path. This challenging 34-minute session features a stunning route that travels alongside the Blue River with the dramatic Tenmile Range rising magnificently to the west. As you progress on this pristine paved trail, golden meadows stretch before you with spectacular alpine views of the Continental Divide’s snow-capped peaks. The path gradually ascends through aspen groves ablaze with autumn colors, revealing breathtaking panoramic vistas at every turn. Meanwhile, the workout’s carefully calibrated intensity profile mirrors the increasingly impressive terrain, building to a series of challenging threshold intervals that will push your cardiovascular system to new heights.

Workout Structure:
- Cycling Component: 25-minute progressive ride featuring a strategic warm-up building to 5 high-intensity intervals at 90% of max heart rate
- Performance Metrics: RPE climbs from 8-10, Heart Rate targets between 78-88%, with cadence goals of 90-100 RPM for peak power output
- Floor Component: 2 focused recovery and strength routines designed to complement the ride’s intensity
- Forward stretch lunge for optimal hip flexor mobility and quadriceps recovery
- Lunge shoulder press for upper body integration and core stabilization
