takes you on an epic journey through the stunning landscapes surrounding Castle Rock, Colorado, as you virtually experience the famous Elephant Rock Cycling Festival.
This four-part workout traverses the breathtaking Colorado Front Range, from scenic rolling hills to dramatic climbs with sweeping views of Pikes Peak, the Black Forest, and the majestic Rockies. Each ride in the series is designed to provide a specific type of workout, challenging you with interval climbs, muscle-building segments, and paceline efforts, all designed for your indoor trainer or spin bike. With a mix of demanding hill climbs, heart-pumping sprints, and a refreshing wind-down, this virtual ride collection offers a full spectrum of training benefits while showcasing Colorado’s incredible landscapes.
The third segment is a true test of your strength and mental grit. Known as the most challenging portion of the ride, it begins with a westward climb into the Black Forest, leading to breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. As you approach Roller Coaster Road, the steep, rolling hills make for an intense workout. This area is packed with tough interval climbs that will test your legs and heart rate, offering both muscle-building and aerobic intensity. The route continues westward, braving windy weather, and ends at Palmer Lake, leaving you feeling exhilarated and accomplished.
