  • Poudre River Paradise: Follow the scenic Poudre River trails, immersing yourself in the tranquility of nature through the city of Loveland Colorado.
  • Rural Roads to Carter Lake: Pedal along quiet rural roads, enjoying the fresh air and the feeling of wide-open spaces. As you head west, use this leg to gradually increase your pace, prepping your legs for the challenges ahead in Part 2.
  • Aerobic Appetizer with an Anaerobic Aftertaste: This leg is primarily focused on building a solid aerobic base. However, expect a slightly faster pace and potentially some short, intense bursts towards the end to get your heart rate up and prepare you for the anaerobic efforts coming in Part 2.
