This video is a 35 mile ride and a 2 hour workout that circles the scenic back roads of Marin County California. The ride begins in Downtown Novato and heads west out towards Petaluma – Pt Reyes road, then we ride past the cheese factory and head into Nicasio Valley. From there, we dive into the Muir Redwood forest and weave our way into Lucas Valley and finish where we began. This is a tough workout with lots of high effort intervals and very little rest. Our goal is to get around the loop quickly, so, Prepare to dig in!
